The purpose of an interview is for the organisation to establish whether the interviewee is suitable for the position but it is also an opportunity for you to see what the organisation is like and the specifics of the position for which you’ve applied for. We want all our staff to be happy in their work; the interview process is all about finding the best match for both parties.
