We are very excited to launch the new Foróige website!
As Ireland’s leading youth organisation - on the scene for more than 60 years – we are no strangers to innovation and we know how important the online realm has become to our young people, volunteers and supporters. Information on our clubs, projects, services and programmes can now be found under one umbrella website.
The website is socially enabled – meaning that you can comment on much of the content, you can like it, share it and tweet it. We hope that you will help us to share the good news about Foróige and use the social tools featured on the site. The website is also mobile enabled so you can browse it on the go. Our blogs will be updated regularly so that our visitors can get an up to date snapshot of what is happening in the organisation on a week to week basis. You’ll hear from the young people themselves in our Young Voices website section, they articulate the impact that Foróige has had on their lives.
Single and monthly donations can be arranged in the ‘Support Us’ section of the site. With serious cuts to our funding we are really in need of support from the wider community. If the young people in your family or neighbourhood have benefitted from a Foróige initiative, we hope you would consider supporting us financially. Even a small amount offered on a monthly basis will help us to continue our youth work into the future.
